Yeah, don’t answer that. There’s no way you can know, and maybe it’s better that way. A screen between two people makes a conversation so much easier, don’t you think? |

I get what you're saying completely.
Sometimes there's just that little thing in the back of your head that...wonders about that, y'know? What others think? Do you get that too? Because I do.
And yeah, I agree. Having a screen in a conversation is cool. It really is so much easier.

I thought I was the only one.. I guess I’m kinda weird, heh. Thanks for replying to my message. It helps, you know. It really does.
So, do you have a name? I’m Riley. Currently 16 years old and still going to high school. I pretty much hate it there, because of the before mentioned reasons, but.. don’t really have a choice, do I?
Sorry, is this too much information? Sometimes, my fingers don’t want to stop typing.

No, you aren't the only one, don't worry. It doesn't make you weird at all, just means that you're...like me, I guess. Hah. Oh, and it's no trouble. Y'know, replying. Glad I can help.
Riley's a really nice name. My name's Natesa. I'm seventeen, and I'm still at high school too. Hopefully, I'll be finishing soon. I hate it, too. I guess it's silly, but I don't like...people? I don't know. But hey, don't worry, Riley. Just a couple more years and you're out of there, right?
I have a habit of rambling, too. Sometimes, you just get so into typing that you don't realise that you've written a ton. Is that what happens to you?

Wow, that’s a first! haha, I don’t think anyone has ever told me that. Well, other than my mom, but that doesn’t really count. I mean.. She gave it to me, right? Of course she’d like it! But I’m rambling..
Natesa sounds very special, I don’t think I’ve heard it before. Do you know what it means?
I guess you’re right. The problem is just that a couple of years can take an eternity. But I guess I should think positive, right? Right.
Yeah, that’s exactly what happens to me.. Then again, I proved that much in the message above, didn’t I? If only I managed to talk as much as I can type..
So.. uhm.. What do you like to do?
Sorry if I’m annoying, by the way.

Haha, really? That's the first time? I would have thought more people knew a nice name when they saw it. But yeah, it's understandable that your mum would like it. Hehe, My mother liked my name too, I suppose.
Natesa is a pretty nice name, I guess. It's unique, I'll give it that. But seriously, it's a load to type out, huh? You can just call me Nat. Or Nattie. Or...whatever. Hehe. It's an Indian name, and it means "dance lord". Bit of an odd meaning for a girls name, but no matter.
Right, you should think positively. Just a couple more years, and you're out there doing whatever it is you want to do with yourself. No one there to judge you. So...yeah. Positivity is better than pessimism.
Haha, I have the same problem. I type too much, and talk too little. It gets frustrating at times, but...typing's easier, so...
Ah, don't worry, you're just the opposite of annoying. I like to dance (like my name ), I can play piano and sing a bit, and I like to act. I don't like people watching, though, so it's a bit...uh...lonely at times? I don't know.
What about you?

Riley’s supposed to mean ‘courageous’. The irony in that..
I’m sure, if you’ll practice more, you’ll be less shy in front of people. Do you love to act and sing? If so, then that’s enough to keep doing it, isn’t it? Talking about positive thinking..
Well, I like to write. Poetry is fun, I think, although it sounds a little.. gay. I don’t really like using that word, but.. everybody uses it nowadays. I usually write during math, since I don’t get what’s going on there anyway. Probably not too smart, huh? haha
So, do you have a boyfriend?

Wow, I never knew that Riley meant courageous. That's a pretty cool thing for a name to mean. And it might not be so ironic. Everybody is corageous sometimes, if you put them in the right situation. But sometimes it's good to be wary.
Yeah, maybe I should practise more. I'm hoping to teach people when I get older, so I'm going to have to get used to playing in front of people, aren't I? And yeah, I do love to act and sing, it's just something I grew up with, I guess. I should really start thinking more positively about that, lol xD
Wow, you write poetry? That's amazing; I can't really write, lol. I tried writing a novel, once, but...it didn't wok out. No matter. But hey, it really doesn't sound gay. I think it's quite sweet, actually. It must be pretty awesome to be able to do something like that.
Me? Boyfriend? Haha, no. I wish I don't really go for that sort of thing, just in case it goes wrong. Maybe someday, though. What about you? Do you have a girlfriend?

I guess that’s sort of an achievement too, isn’t it? Yeah, that was sarcastic..
Hey, maybe you can teach me how to play the piano someday. I’ve always wanted that, but never had the money to take lessons. My mom isn’t very wealthy, and that’s an understatement. If I’d just quit school and find myself a job, I think I’d be a lot more useful to her than I am now.
Sweet? You think so, really? I kinda keep it a secret from everyone. There are enough things people tease me with, I wouldn’t want to give them more reasons. But.. Thanks anyway Maybe, if I manage to gather enough courage, you could read some of my work or something.. Yeah, or maybe not.. lol
No? Oh, I expected someone as pretty as you would have a boyfriend. Your picture is very nice, btw. Uhm, I don’t have a girlfriend, no. There’s not even a girl I like right now. But you’re right, maybe someday. They say we appreciate things more when we’re older; maybe that’s applicable on love as well. Love.. heh.

Hehe, I figured that it was sarcasm. But school is hard, and there are thinks that actually make it so that going to school is pretty courageous. Honestly, I saw how much homework my friend got for some of her AP classes and I think I had nightmares for about three weeks, lol
I'd be glad to teach you piano, when I'm qualified. It's pretty easy once you get the knack for it. I don't even think I'd charge, because it's for the love of music, isn't it? Maybe I'd get another job to pay for some other stuff, and then just do the teaching for fun? It'd be great. But, anyway, I'm sure you're more useful to her than you think you are. You never know, Riley.
Yeah, I really do think it's sweet. Why do you hide it? Most girls I know consider it cute when a guy writes poetry. But, hey, I don't really know many other girls my age, heh. But hey, I can't be the only one that finds it cute. And I'd love to see what you write someday. If/When you're comfortable with it, that is.
You think I'm pretty? Aw, thank you :3 The picture was kind of rushed, so...yeah, I don't really like it that much. But, yeah, thanks. You just made my day <3 Your pic is quite nice, too.
But you don't have anyone? That's okay, I guess. I mean, we're both still fairly young, too, so not having anyone right now is okay. In the future, it'd be nice, though. And yeah, that probably is applicable when it comes to love.

I’d rather have more homework than having to attend more classes.. Oh well, at my age, I haven’t a choice.
That’s sweet of you But if this would be your job, you should charge me. Once I get a job myself, I’ll be able to pay for it. But if you do it as a hobby.. Maybe I can pay you in a different way, like.. bake you a pie? That must’ve sounded weird.
You’ve never seen me in real life, that’ll change your opinion. Nah, I’m just kidding. Positive thinking, right? Maybe I’ll tell someone someday. After all, I told you now too.
Better like it! It’s really pretty. Did nobody ever tell you that before? I mean.. Well, it’s just the truth. And thanks for the compliment. Just.. thanks.
I kinda want it, you know? I mean, doesn’t everyone want love? I just don’t know how to do such a thing. Okay, that sounded weird, but I mean.. I hope someone will like me someday, and I’ll not be.. afraid of it, I guess. Does that sound weird?

Really? Lol, I swear to god, I have a phobia of homework. I'm a Class A Procrastinator. But yeah, Classes suck too. Well, you'll have a choice in a few years. Positive thinking, remember...
Naw, I honestly don't mind. It wouldn't be my only job, I'm sure. I could do it as a hobby, like as an on-the-side thing? And Haha, I'd love it if you baked me a pie to say thanks. It didn't sound weird at all...just yummy. xD
I definitely think you should tell people about it. It would be so cool if someone you told did it too, because then you could talk about it and be friends over it and it would just be really awesome, no? And I'm really glad you told me, I think it's really cool, Riley.
No, no one ever told me before! It's kind of weird actually, being told that. But seriously, thank you. That's really sweet of you. And it's no problem, it really is a cute picture. I like your eyes.
Yeah, I understand. I'd love to...be in love, I guess. But it's just...it's really complicated. I don't think I'd want anything in my life that I couldn't stand to lose, because it would hurt too much if I ever did lose it. So, yeah, I'm kind of...afraid of love? I don't know. I hope someone would like me, too. It'd be nice, and then maybe I could learn to like them back. Does all of that make sense, or am I just being rambly again?

Apple. Always Apple, lol. I know that's really cliched, but Apple Pie is awesome!
Well, if your friend forgot about you, she wasn't really a friend to you, was she? Well, okay, she might have been at first, but forgetting about you wasn't really a very friend-ish thing to do. I wouldn't forget about you; you seem really nice.
Oh, no, I haven't been in love before, lol. My dad was, but then my mum...left...and it really hurt him, so...seeing how it affected him has made me kind of afraid of it, I guess. But hey, y'know, when I find the right person, maybe that could change? I'm not sure.
Oh, I have about seven favorite bands, lol. But I'm mainly into Panic! At The Disco and music like that. Mostly bands that hardly anyone has heard of. What about you?

Awesome! I can do that. I bake an apple pie every month or so. I guess you could call me an expert in that area, lol.
You have a point. She changed a lot, or maybe I did? I don’t know, but either way, we ‘grew apart’, so to speak. I’d have never betrayed her in such a way, but I try not to hold a grudge. And you know, it’d be really nice if we could be friends someday. I would like that, really.
I’m so sorry to hear that about your dad. It reminds me a lot of my mom. My dad died when I was very young. I can’t even remember him, but my mom surely does. I’m kinda scared to ask much about him, because it always makes her so sad to talk about him.. Love can be really painful as well, I suppose.
I think I know one of their songs, from Panic! At The Disco. Something about tragedies, right? I like that song. Personally, I don’t think I have a favorite band; I like a lot of music, but not some band specifically. Also, I tend to like older music a bit more. Like now, I’m into songs from the 90s. Heh, most of those songs are from before I was born.
