Gareth is a cool headed guy. He's a fast thinker, and spends a lot of time online. You might know him from message forums or YouTube, under the name iGary. He likes to talk to people online more than in reality, and his people skills aren't as sharp as what might be healthy. He likes to talk, and works as a librarian.

Gary has never had trouble making friends. People seem to like his gawky behaviour and his funny quirks. You might know him from the internet, or you might just know him from the library. He likes to read and quiet time is precious to him. He isn't very outgoing.

Gary is bound to have enemies. He's a normal guy, but I don't doubt that he has managed to upset a few people, or scorn some others. He can be quite argumentative when he wants to be, and stubbornness is a trait that runs in his family.

Right now, Gary is single, and believes it's going to remain that way. He isn't the sort of man to have crushes, and isn't versed in the language of love. He isn't looking for love, but hopes that one day the right woman will step into his life.

Gareth and Sebastian,

One of Sebastian's favourite places is the library so he'll definitely see Gareth quite a bit, whether they'd talk or not I'm not sure. I don't think Sebastian would mind being his friend, Gareth seems like the type of person he could get along with reasonably well. They probably wouldn't hang out often, mostly only when Sebastian is in the library and they happen to see each other, but failing that he'd probably just observe him. Especially if Gareth is going to end up with Alice at some point, he'd be interested to see how their relationship works, what sort of things can cause problems and how the two solve arguments etc.. Anything you'd like to add/edit/change? (:

Gary and Sebastian

This sounds like a pretty good idea. I could see Gary wandering over, asking Seb if he needs anything and perhaps engage in a bit of a conversation before tottering off again? :L

I like the observation idea, especially when he's with Alice and stuff. Should he ever notice, he'd probably try to brush it off or something, but I really like this idea. c:

I have a vague idea or two regarding these two and they're probably not all that good, but ah well. I was thinking that Aphrodite could possibly be interested in him, not in the romantic sort of way, but Gary just caught her eye. However, seeing as they have very little in common, Gary's Stubborn attitude and various parts of Aphrodite's, it wouldn't work out too well. Aphrodite might still try to use him because of his fast paced thinking and his smarts, but it probably wouldn't work out too well. I can't see them getting on too well and Aphrodite might be a bit annoyed with Gary's stubbornness.
