honey tree town is a mystery. it technically shouldn't exist, but it does. a long time ago the humans lived on their world and the supernatural creatures lived on theirs. neither knew or cared about the other until something happened. a gap, if you like, in space and time that pulled people through it into this world which exists between the two and apparently has for longer than anyone thought. there are signs that life existed here before, the ruins of the mansion being one of them, but nobody knows anything about it. the people here now have lived here all their lives, the other worlds are simply stories passed down through generations. occasionally there will be a new person turn up out of the blue but not very often any more. now people just go about their daily lives, this is their home now, whether they like it or not.
