Let me know that I’ve done wrong When I’ve known this all along Among the other things that Lily was feeling, she just wanted to sit down. Or rather lay down and sleep. She was feeling dizzy, light headed and felt like she was going to faint any second now. “Lily honey, we can’t stop. I have to get you inside so they can look you over.” A females voice came from her right hand side. She’d lost count of how many people were around her and hadn’t realized that she was leaning against a wall for more support. She shook her head slightly, letting her eyes open just a crack. It was about 3 in the afternoon and Lily was nearly at the hospital. She felt a tug on her arm and her eyes opened fully. “Lily, come on.” Lily just stared at the image of the female, almost squinting at it as to try and figure out who it was. Feeling another tug from the other side and a sharp pain, she finally took a step forward and wobbled. She was like a baby learning to walk again. Feeling like if she took one more step forward she’d collapse, Lily leaned to her left a bit, thankful that someone was there to support her.
While walking towards the hospital, Lily was trying to remember what had happened to have caused her to be here. She remembered being in the garden with her younger siblings trying to mentor them a bit. Their powers weren’t fully in control yet and they were prone to lashing out of the odd occasion. If her memory served her well, one of them had flamed out by accident and it had been fire. She couldn’t remember why, but she had gotten in the way of the ball of flame that had been going towards her other sibling. She’d basically been pushed backwards with such a force that she’d slammed into the table. The glasses on the table had also been shattered due to another, smaller flame and Lily’s upper arm had nearly been sliced to ribbons. Really they should’ve been more careful, but they had never had a flame out like that before. There were many cuts up and down Lily’s forearm, but the blood had slowed considerably since it first started. That along with various burns across her body as well as a bash on her head had left her a little confused as well as a bruised back. Thankfully her sibling had managed to have better reflexes than Lily and had moved out of the way. He had suffered a few scorch marks, but nothing as serious as Lily. “Stop.” She managed to whisper out. “No. Sorry honey, but we need to get you in there as soon as possible.” The female said again.
They had practically raced to the hospital. Her father’s mad ass driving as well as her mothers nursing experience had kept her like this for so long. They didn’t trust the ambulances completely yet and felt it was safer for them to drive her here instead. They had phoned the hospital in advance to warn them about what had happened and really there should’ve been someone waiting for them. Lily didn’t care though, she just wanted to lay down and rest. A very small part of her mind was telling her she couldn’t do it and to just keeping walking. But the overall effect of everything that had happened overruled this feeling out.
As far as Lily could tell, they were nearing the hospital. Her vision wasn’t all that good and there was a white hue around the edge. Her walking was sloppy and her knees kept buckling. Still the two people either side of her had managed to drag her this far. Blinking felt like it took longer than it should have and it wasn’t until she opened them that she realized she’d passed out. Her stomach heaved. Lily managed to keep whatever threatened to come up down her throat before passing out completely. She felt herself drop and then there something cold was on her back. Her eyes very slowly opened and she was looking up with fuzzy vision again. Paining was rocketing itself all over her body and she winced. Someone was stroking her head. “Someone’ll be here in a second.” Her mother said. Lily could make out her mothers features, now fully recognising who it was. Though as well as her parents face, there was also a third one. “Who are you?” She asked, her vision trying to focus on the new person.

Alice was having a rather good day so far, to be honest. She woke up, got whistled at by some douche-bag that was probably just here for drinking or some such. But it didn't matter who whistled, it didn't even matter if they whistled; it was just the fact they were looking. Why the shouldn't they? When you dressed like a slut you either got called one or were surrounded by drooling, mangy mutts. But the whole point of it was for attention and Alice made sure to get it. Today however, was about another extreme matter for her. Drugs. Oh how she loved them. The feeling she got from it was unexplainable amazing and when you are obsessed with yourself you loved feeling great. Oh and alcohol. Alcohol was also amazing.
Alice had showered and had dressed for the occasion before pulling out her cigar. Cigarettes were disgusting. Cigars tasted delicious and smooth, smelled good too. Lighting it up and taking a few drags from it, also removed the small little razor that she had acquired from a cutter. By acquired she had beaten the little guy up and stole it. What was the best way to get to a nurses office and get attention? Cutting normally was not her style, it was too weak and whiny. But it did give her attention and by the fate's of this world she loved attention. Once the cigar was done she stomped it out on the ground and sat down. Alice had chosen a hall way not too far away from the infirmary as she saw her sister and rushed to her side."Sis can you hear me?" she picked her up as she walked with her nurse. She looked down as she placed her sister in a room on a bed holding onto her hand still. She curled next to Lily. "This is my fault, you should have let it hit me" she whispered in Lily ear.

Let me know that I’ve done wrong When I’ve known this all along Lily felt someone pick her up on one side as well as another. She heard noises. Well a noise. A voice actually and it sounded quite familiar. Her parents had obviously managed to pick her up and drag her further into the hospital. She wasn’t quite sure where exactly as at various points she lost consciousness until she felt something soft on her back. She felt herself relax as the arms went away. However, one presence didn’t. Now that she had her head resting on a pillow, her vision got less blurry and she could focus on more of her surroundings. Lily was in the hospital, she could tell that much. She still felt light headed and dizzy and her arm throbbed and sharp little pains shot up and down her arm as well, but she felt much better than outside. She looked around the room, taking in the various things on the wall before looking down at her side. Lily heard her voice then and the figure clicked. It was her sister. Of course it was. Alice had been there too. Lily had managed to push her away before her brothers flame managed to hit her. But how did she get here so quickly? And before Lily? She pushed the thought out of her mind for now and focused on her younger sibling. She squeezed her sisters hand before removing it.
Placing her good arm over her sisters shoulders, Lily hugged her as best she could. “I wasn’t going to let my baby sister get hurt now was I?” She mumbled, smiling slightly. “I know your powers aren’t in complete control yet and I have to be responsible if one of you gets hurt. I’d rather it be me that gets injured than you.” Lily hugged her sister a little closer. She was glad that her sister was here. She knew just how much of a trouble maker her sister was, but that didn’t mean she didn’t love her all the same. While she strongly disagreed with her sisters way of getting money and doing things, she would protect her as best she could. “How’s your brother? Is he alright? What happened after I left?” The questions came out in a mad rush and she hardly recognised her voice. It wasn’t as confident as it usually was and she sound..quiet. However, that didn’t stop her from wondering. Alice would know better than her. They were the twins of course, always seemed to be joined at the hip one way or another. “And how did you get here faster than me?” It was a question that was going to eat at her mind if she didn’t ask it soon. She had no idea how long it had taken her and her parents to get here, so Alice could’ve been here for ages after what happened.
A minute or two later, someone often a curtain. “Hey there, how’re you doing?” Came a friendly voice. Lily moved slowly, as to not to damage her arm. Her vision still swirled and she felt any heat drain from her face. “Meh. I could be better.” She would’ve shrugged, but what with the pain in her arm and the light headed feeling, she didn’t want to risk it. “Let’s have a look at this arm.” Lily gulped and let the doctor pull her arm out. She winced and gritted her teeth to stop a yelp of pain. “There’s quite a lot of glass in this thing as well as up and down you arm. What exactly happened?” Lily’s insides suddenly felt as cold as her face. She wasn’t exactly sure how much the doctor knew of this town and who some of it’s inhabitants were. She didn’t want to reveal anything that could get them in trouble.

It's my fault doctor, my twin brother and I were fighting, Lily tried to stop it as she glanced up at the man.We pushed Lily out of the way Doctor, that's what happened. Alice was lying right though here pearl white teeth but most humans always believed it. Her eyes were saddened as she looked up at the doctor. "How bad is it?" Alice question in worry. She tighten her older sister hand to know she didn't want their powers exposed. She looked up at her parent's knowing her twin brother and herself would get in big trouble for playing with their power's. "Sis, our brother is home, he took it very hard." she said softly. Alice just started to spit out questions, about her older sister at the doctor. "Well doctor" Alice spoke.

Let me know that I’ve done wrong When I’ve known this all along Alice started spouting out a lie that the doctor seemed to be buying. Lily was staring at her younger sister in bewilderment, not noticing her parents slide in around the white curtain that shielded them off from prying eyes. It amazed her that a doctor, who would’ve heard all kinds of excuses, would buy this bundle of lies that was being heard by her parents as well as Lily herself. Not only that, her parents seemed content on keeping silent about it and not saying a word. It took all of Lily’s strength to cut her sister off in the middle of her sentence and say what really happened. If she were the doctor, she would’ve known straight away that something was a little fishy about the excuse. But then again, she wasn’t in the doctors position. Clearly they weren’t going to say anything else about the subject and if the doctor pressed them, it was most likely going to make them clam up even more. The doctor gave a semi sure nod and looked back down at Lily’s arm, gently touching around the wound. Lily winced and gritted her teeth. It stung like a bitch to say the least.
She felt her sisters hand tighten on hers and Lily squeezed back, a little bit harder than she would’ve liked, but it felt necessary. She let her head rest on the pillow, not daring to move much in case she passed out again. Lily frowned a bit at Alice’s answer to her question. If anything, she would’ve thought that her brother would’ve come with them. But then again, that question could be answered later. She heard the doctor speak up, answering Alice’s question. “Well there seems to be quite a lot of glass in here, some pieces might be deeper than others, I’m not completely sure. You’re going to need stitches I’m afraid. These pieces are going to have be pulled out with tweezers, which isn’t going to be pretty. It’s going to take a while as well. You must have landed on something pretty hard to inflict an injury like this.” If Lily’s face could’ve gone any paler at this news, it would have. She felt her hand tighten around her sisters hand even more. “What?” Her voice came out squeakier than she would’ve liked. Her heart was racing inside her chest and she stared at the doctor, her eyes wide. “Stitches? No. No. No.” Lily knew they would hurt. That and the tweezers. She tried to sit up. The doctor nodded, a saddened look on his face. “I’m really sorry sweet heart, but it’s the only way. You’ve lost quite a bit of blood as well, you should probably stay down.” He gently pushed her back down on the bed.
Lily resisted the push for about two seconds before flopping back on the bed. The jolt made her arm move and she grimaced. “We’re going to have to do it now before any infection gets into the cut or the glass burrows its way further into it.” A horrified look crossed Lily’s face as the doctor said the words. There was clearly nothing that she could do to change the guys mind, but that didn’t stop her from trying to protest. Her words were quickly silenced by a look from her mother. The doctor looked towards her parents after pressing a button for a nurse to come in. “You’re going to have to go to the waiting room until we’ve finished. This might take a while.” Like Lily, they looked like they were going to protest but silenced themselves, knowing that it was going to be a fruitless effort. “Alice. Come with us. We need to talk.” Her mother said, near enough glaring at Lily’s sister before walking off. Clearly, their mother wasn’t going to let her off easy for doing this. Not that it was their fault to being with. Their powers had practically flamed in the first place and nothing could’ve been done. In reality, Lily should’ve been the one getting yelled at. If she hadn’t suggested the idea in such a cramped space, then it wouldn’t have happened. Her parents knew how dangerous their powers could be, especially when they hadn’t got full control of them yet. No doubt her brother was going to get the same talk when they eventually got home.
Lilly looked over to her sister and gave her a weak smile as the nurse walked in. “Go. I’ll be fine.” She let go of her sisters hand so she could walk off and turned her head towards the doctor. “Let’s get on with it then.” The doctor said, pulling on a pair of gloves and picked the tweezers up. Lily clamped her eyes shut and gripped the side of the bed as the doctor started pulling out the pieces of glass from her wound. She felt her eyes stay shut for the entire time, a few tears dripping down her face in pain as she let out a few moans. There was nothing she could do about the pain and it felt like absolute agony. After what felt like hours, she felt the doctor removed the last piece of glass and heard the tweezers get placed down. “Okay, that’s the glass removed. Now for the stitches.” Lily opened her eyes and looked down at the pieces of glass in a silver tray. There were quite a lot there. More than she would’ve thought possible. Now, as the doctor said, for the stitches. Whether or not this was more painful, Lily wasn’t completely sure because as soon as she saw the needle, she completely blacked out. It wasn’t until several minutes later did she come to.
The first thing she did was look down. There were, of course, stitches going across the cut. It had obviously been cleaned too, because her whole arm was now devoid of blood. It still hurt, which Lily knew wasn’t going to go away for quite a while. Her parents were back in the room and Lily offered a small smile towards them. They smiled back, which was a good thing.
