Melissa and Alice
I could definitely see these two people as being friends, there's a chance of them working together, and they share a lot of common interests. Melissa with her books, Alice with her books. Alice is an Earth Sprite, Melissa loves nature. I could see Melissa tending to her plants if Alice was out of the shop or something. 
Erm, as for further development I'd have to wait to hear something from you but I could definitely see interestingness between the two of these. c:

Alice and Melissa;;Haha. I was thinking that they both work in the same bookstore, as that would then be able to have them interact in a friendly environment rather than being all "You're a rival bookstore... I hate you. Grr" etc. xD
Alice says she enjoys the idea of Melissa tending to her plants - as I was thinking that Alice has create a sort of special little haven at the back of the bookstore where herself, Melissa and any other customer that actually enjoys books can go and read alone in silence and solitude.
As for future development, I'm thinking that Melissa would be one of the only people who can actually help Alice get out of her shell. Therefore she is one of Alice's closest friends.

I like plotting a lot, I've told you this already.
So, I'm thinking that these two don't get on. Daisi seems like the type of girl that would get on better with the guys anyway, but I was thinking that perhaps Melissa is one of the people she scares? :L Melissa is terrified of the dark as it is, she doesn't need someone leaping out at her too! :P Opinion?

Daisi and Melissa;;Oh gosh. If Daisi knows that Mel is terrified of the dark, she'll do it more often and more dramatic to get the best results possible. xD
A like/hate relationship is what I can see for these two. Hate for Daisi for jumping out at Melissa, and like because she loves scaring her.

Oscar and Sebastian,
I think these two would just rub each other the wrong way, to be honest. Whenever they see each other it would likely dissolve into sarcastic remarks and seeing who can scare who more. I don't think they'd ever get into actual fights, it would mostly just be a competition to see who was better than the other with their powers as opposed to their actual strength. Sebastian would enjoy just watching the boy, seeing what it is that annoys him, and then replicating those scenarios to see if he can make the shape-shifter snap. Anything you'd like to add/edit/change? (: |

Oscar and Seb;;Nuu, I like it.
I'm making Oscar somewhat protective over Daisi - how/why I haven't figured out yet - and he hates it when she uses guys, however when he finds out that she is trying to use Seb he'll be all for it; until, of course, he realises that Seb is using her as well then he'll get more defensive. xD

Alice && Bec
I can see Bec and Alice being at the same place and Bec commenting on the book she sees Alice reading. Bec is a big literature fanatic and loves to pour over books. She has a rather impressive book collection and always is looking for someone to bond with on an intellectual level. She'd even tone down the bitchy cold front.
Daisi && Bec
Bec would easily call Daisi out on being a slut and using guys. She just calls it like she sees it. She would however have a small sense of respect for Daisi's attitude. It could go either way like frenemies type with mutual respect or just mutual dislike idk! Bec is often termed cold and icey
Oscar && Bec
Bec loves the ass holes she'll flirt with him and have no issues hat he's three years older. She's not the kind to delve into relationships as to her they're a waste of time. She's not easily hurt so if he's an ass to her it'll roll off her and she'll take it with stride and give it back tenfold. flirts maybe? whatever you think
