First things first, Lily can be quite hot tempered. Whether this is due to the fact that she’s a fire sprite or she’s just naturally like this depends on how you view her. She had lose her temper quite quickly, especially over the smallest things. It’s not something she necessarily likes and tries to control her temper. Often this doesn’t work, but she tries her best. Since it’s easy for her to lose her temper, Lily has often had a lot of teasing and taunting, which naturally makes her lose her temper. She’ll lash out at anything in her way until she calms down. Apart from that, Lily is a lovely and friendly girl, always trying to keep a smile on her face. She’s always willing to help anyone out if they look uncomfortable or in a bad situation. Lily’s fiercely loyal to those she befriends with and usually takes a lot for her to break from this. She doesn’t necessarily trust easily, but that trust is hard to gain back after being broken. You will have to prove yourself in order for her to fully trust you. She does have a quiet side, which will rarely come out and does so if a topic she’s uncomfortable with comes up. It’ll take a few minutes to be able to get her to start talking like normal again, but she’ll brighten up. She has often been described as bubbly and cheerful around large groups of people. This is true since she loves being around people she can communicate with.

There is a different side to Lily, apart from her temper. Putting it bluntly, she can be quite a bitch. This side of her will come out from time to time and when it goes away there is only a slight chance that she’ll feel guilty about what she’s said. Saying that, this side only comes out when truly necessary. If she’s getting the bitchy treatment directed at her, chances are she’s going to be a bitch back. This attitude is usually aimed at her enemies or people she generally doesn’t like all that much. Along with the bitchiness, she can also spout out quite a few sarcastic comments. These come out more often and Lily doesn’t tend to feel guilty after saying things like this. Usually people don’t take it too heart since they know she’s joking, but there’s always some truth behind words in Lily’s mind. Lily knows that it’s probably best if people stay away from this side as more often than not, she makes more enemies than friends when she’s like this. But sometimes she can’t help it.

Lily grew up in Dublin, Ireland, which can be noted by her Irish accent, for most of her life with her parents, three brothers and two sisters. She’s fourth child. Ever since she was born she was surrounded by people since she had a pretty big family and they almost always had relatives over, if not friends. Since she was around both family and friends alike, she has loads of close friends back in Ireland that she considers family. In fact, this is where she gets her friendliness and protective nature from. If it wasn’t for her family then she wouldn’t be like this. At the age of 13, depression hit Lily like a tidal wave. For about 6 years, she suffered with depression, self harm, anxiety and an eating disorder all due to the bullying that went on in school. It’s something no 12 year old should have to suffer at that age, if ever. She spent most of her time inside and hardly spoke to anyone. Throughout these six years, Lily’s temper developed which was most likely due to the fact that she was a fire sprite. She only left the house for school and nothing else, not really realizing what power she had. Her family slowly started to realize what was going on when she was 15 and Lily slowly started to get the help she needed. She still suffered with these things for the three years after getting help, but soon these problems disappeared. She has several scars around her body that won’t be shown very easily. Lily will try to keep them covered up as best as possible and tries to ignore them when they are exposed. Occasionally the depression will strike back, but very rarely and only if someone brings the topic up. She managed to find an interest in singing and occasionally in art to help lift her spirits and has honed her singings skills in over the years. Lily became more athletic during the last two years of her depression due to her counsellors advice and hasn’t stopped since. Though she isn’t necessarily fond of water.

From the day she felt like she was finally free of everything, Lily swore to herself to always keep a smile on her face and look on the bright side of life. This sparked something in her and she always tried to help people as best she could despite her hot temper. Her parents and siblings found out about her fire powers at the age of 17 when she accidently set the garden on fire since her powers weren’t fully in control yet. Ever since then she has been honing in on her skills and trying to get them under control each day. At the moment she has relatively good control over them and can conjure up a small fire without much concentration. Anything bigger than that and it requires a lot of effort. Her powers are necessarily weak, but they’re stronger than what they started out to be like.

At the age of 20, Lily and her family moved to Honey Tree Town due to her father’s job. They didn’t know much about it when the first moved here, but eventually they learnt about all the different sprites here. It made Lily feel more at home knowing that there are others that are in the same position as her. Ever since they’ve settled down in the town and have been pretty content with it. However, they did find out that Lily’s younger, twin brother and sister had powers of their own. One over fire and one over water. It came as a shock and seeing as Lily was their only source that they currently had of having control over such a thing that they could contact, she became their mentor in a way. Over the years her younger siblings have gained control of their powers, but they’re still pretty weak. Her other siblings have shown no signs of powers. After the shock of this, Lily settled back down, got a job and is currently looking to pursue a singing career. While this might not be in full swing at the moment, Lily’s slowly making her way there.
